We provide an enforcement intelligence platform that delivers real-time alerts when federal enforcement actions are published by the DOJ, SEC, IRS, FTC, CFPB, OFAC, and SAM, and scores the affected entities. 2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information through Clerk, our authentication provider.

Payment information: Subscription and payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or financial account details on our servers.

Usage data: We collect anonymized data about how you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used) via Google Analytics to improve our service.

Voluntary submissions: When you submit a fraud report or contact us, we collect the information you provide in those forms.

This includes press releases and enforcement actions published by the DOJ, SEC, IRS, FTC, CFPB, and FBI. We do not collect or publish private personal information beyond what agencies have disclosed publicly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
